Promoter Overview
The Promoters are assigned to one Facebook page as a Page Editor and one Instagram account and are tasked with promoting in Facebook Groups the assigned Page, Instagram account, and Group. Their primary responsibility is to promote their assigned page in Facebook groups we do not own (Guidelines). They are also responsible for any advertising-related functions in conjunction with the Admin. 

Page Editor Role
The Page Editors are assigned to one Facebook page and one Instagram account.   

  • Only a primary profile with a real name may be used for a Page Role.
  • Page Editors may only serve as Page Editors on one page. 
  • All Page Editors (Content or Promotion) are trained as Group Moderators and should be familiar with the Moderator role for a group. 
  • Content team members must have a desktop or laptop for scheduling posts on both Instagram and Facebook.

Duties & Responsibilities

General

  • Protect our house. Like/follow, watch, and engage with the Team Evil Page Community section (found under "Community" tab)
  • Invite all of your metal or punk loving friends to "like" the Team Evil Page. 

Group

  • Serving as an emergency moderator for the assigned group, and reporting any issues in the moderator chat. 
  • Page Editors do not receive a group moderator role, and use the Page to exercise moderator functions in special circumstances. 
  • Maintaining one announcement in all of our groups advertising the assigned Facebook Group
  • Advertising the Instagram account in all of our groups in a separate post on a scheduled basis once per month
  • Maintaining one announcement in all of our groups advertising the Instagram Account
  • Advertising the assigned group in all of our groups in a separate post on a scheduled basis once per month
  • Posting content to groups we own which match the theme under very specific instructions on a scheduled basis.
  • Promoting the assigned Page in Facebook groups we do not own and representing the team. Read Guidelines. 

Page

  • Invite all of your friends who like the content to follow the Page you are a team member of.
  • Advertising the Instagram account on the assigned page once per month
  • Maintaining a Pinned Post on the assigned Page advertising the associated group. 
  • Promoters do not post on their assigned page other than what is detailed above except under special or emergency circumstances. 

Chat

  • Serving as a Chat Admin for any chats associated with their assigned area.
